SAP and "Skolkovo" implementing SuccessFactors in Russia





Fund "Skolkovo" will provide recruitment services to more than 750 start-ups with SuccessFactors. 

SAP and Fund "Skolkovo" today announced an agreement to implement SuccessFactors, cloud solutions for human resource management.

As reported in SAP, design feature in Technopark "Skolkovo" is that it will be the first example of the introduction of localized solutions SuccessFactors in Russia. Within this framework it will automate the entire recruitment process in SAP. Thus, it becomes possible to provide recruitment services to all participants of the project "Skolkovo", including more than 750 start-ups.

It is expected that following the introduction of industrial park will receive: a unified database of job seekers, the ability to integrate with social networks and job-portals, unified process of search / recruitment, and, therefore, cost savings, tracking potential candidates before making their resume, able to develop performance & goals management (management of the system and evaluate the effectiveness of the results).
